ADM-05 — Create Administrator with Duplicate Email

Target

Admin Panel — Administrators

Preconditions

• Admin is logged in
• An administrator already exists with a known email

Steps

1. Click the Add New button
2. Enter the same email as an existing administrator
3. Fill in other required fields
4. Submit the form

Expected Result

• An error message is displayed indicating the email is already in use
• No duplicate account is created
