Preconditions

• Admin is logged in
• At least one vehicle type exists with a known title

Steps

1. Click the Add New button
2. Enter the same title as an existing vehicle type
3. Submit the form

Expected Result

• An error or validation message is displayed indicating the title already exists
• No duplicate record is created
• The user remains on the form
